I'm a highly qualified scientist working on finding compatible partnerships between humans and aliens. Oh yeah, bad aliens invaded Earth, and good aliens saved us. Now, to be a part of some unified space collaboration, we Earthlings have a few things to get in order. One of which is my very important study on mating and copulation probabilities.

It's too bad my boss wants to see my reputation sullied. He's signed away all of my rights to a production company that's turning my professional study into trash television. I'm going to be a laughingstock.

The only thing that makes it worth it is the tall, tanned alien who can read everyone's mind. Well, everyone except for mine. Maybe it's the fact that he seems to want to get to know me more than anything else, or maybe it's the shadows that wrap around his body and have a mind of their own that have me getting closer to him.

All I know is that suddenly, making a reality show about aliens and humans falling in love doesn't seem all that bad.
